Passports required (must be valid 6 months beyond travel date). Progress payments or installments are welcome. Castaways room contracts are also in force for the prior week before Pin Pals/Rhavens Haven so extend your stay.  Hedonism requires a minimum of five (5) paid nights in each week under contract to qualify for group rates and first preference.  You may stay less than 5 nights at retail rates.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
When you approve, complete your reservation and make your payment to Castaways Travel, you agree you have read, understand and will abide by the Terms & Conditions of Castaways Travel shown on its web page and its parent company, Fox Travel and Fox Ascoli Travel, Inc. (Foxtravel.net) plus the travel supplier and resort you have chosen.   You agree in writing to pay for your vacation, and you authorize Castaways Travel to arrange by entering into a contract for Castaways' services subject to cancellation terms, penalties and fees from both Castaways, travel supplier and Hedonism resort.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation penalties apply up to 100% of travel cost plus $50/person Castaways charge. Written cancellations only. Final payment not refundable without travel insurance. No refunds for late arrivals, cancellations without written notice or delayed arrivals, no shows or early departures or any cancellation, delay or disruption caused by virus, sickness or infection.
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE OPTIONAL
Average insurance cost is about 5-9% of vacation value you want covered. Includes airline tickets you buy yourself, too. Pre-existing conditions may require insurance payment with room deposit. The percentage rate is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, as insurance varies by age of insured, state of residence, choice of coverage and other underwriting factors.
